Directions to use;
Adults; A full teaspoon in 200mls of hot water taken warm for 5 days every 12 hrs.
Children; Half a teaspoon in 200mls of hot water taken warm for 3-5 days every 8hrs.
Children between 1-3 yrs; 1/4 a teaspoon in 100mls of hot water taken for 5 days every 12 hrs
