How to prepare Nutri Family;
-For one cup, take 4-5 heaped tablespoons (according to the desired thickness requirement) of flour in a container.
-You may choose to add sugar or honey to flour.
-Keep adding boiled water as you stir until you get the desired thick consistency of your choice.
-Porridge is ready to be served.
