How to prepare the nutri sauce;
-Fry your desired spices in a saucepan.
-Add about 4 tablespoons of nutri sauce flour and blend with your spices for taste.
-Add 500mls of water and boil for 5-7 minutes.
-Sauce is ready to be served.
